The property panels are manufactured with a system of load-bearing walls. This system, called a diaphragm panel, is made up of a series of horizontal and vertical wooden studs that make up the skeleton of the walls and floors. These skeletons are closed on both sides with wooden boards, configuring a compact and light element, with a very high, strong load capacity and exceptional thermal and acoustic insulation performance.
This approved type of construction is covered on detail in the technical building code for Spain.
The panels are built 100% with wood from eco-sustainable forests, thus reducing the carbon footprint and making our contribution in the fight against climate change. All the wood supplied that is used in the panels promotes ecological processes since they have the certification FSC (Forest Stewardship Council), which means that it comes from forests whose logging is authorized and guarantees reforestation, sustainability, protection and maintenance of biodiversity.
There are two types of industrialized housing, those that are assembled on-site and those that are modular. Differences? Those for on-site assembly are finished on the plot, while the modular ones leave the factory assembled and only the finishes are made on the plot itself. Both are equally good, and depending upon the conditions of the land, access to it and design of the house, etc, will determine which one is the most convenient.
In approximately 6 months from the beginning of the approved project, the property will be ready for your enjoyment.
The prices per square meter are (very competitive compared to the usual construction rates), obtaining in return the possibility of a partially or totally self-sustaining home, with the most modern technological advances on the market and in much shorter delivery time than the usual concrete/cement construction.
In our publication, the price is merely referential based on a plot and specific design of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and the price may vary depending on the plot chosen, design of the property, wide range of finishes, climate control systems, swimming pool size, landscape, etc.
