After spending almost 30 years working and living in Shanghai, several years ago Maria moved to Alicante with her family. She grew up in The Netherlands where she studied Chinese and then in 1991, she moved to Shanghai to continue her studies. In Shanghai she started to work for an international accounting firm and spent the next 23 years working in the facility management field which has deepened her experience in the Chinese market and her knowledge within the real estate industry.
She created Marmax Realty with the sole aim to guide and advise clients in a very personal and transparent way through the entire buying or selling process.
